Wet Nose

Hello, I am concerned,I have Two Parson-jack mixes brother(Jack) and sister(Mya), Mya is more Jack and Jack is more Parsons. Mya has recently started to get a very cold wet nose and Jack does not have one is this normal for their breed or should I be worried?
