This cute little thing BITES TOO HARD!! ALL THE TIME!!

How do I stop this little cute puppy from constantly biting...especially when she is very excited and happy to see one of us? I've tried saying "no" in a very firm voice, putting her away in the bathroom for a few minutes after she bites, putting her in her crate for a few minutes after she bites and a spray bottle...nothing seems to work past a few minutes. HELP!!! She bites really hard! She is going on 4 months. We are thinking about obedience school. When she is sleepy...she is the most adorable thing and no matter what we do she won't bite, but when awake and full of energy...OH MY!! :)
