Swolen Muscles

Hi, I've recently noticed to bumps on the back of my Jack Russell's back, just above his hind legs! (about 7CM away from his bum :)


The bumps are on either side, one above the left hind leg and one above the right hind leg. It is definitely muscle but it is quite noticeable and has never been so prominent!

It does not hurt him when you press on it and he is not sick at all!

What could this be?
