Sophie - A loyal friend

Sophie is a 9 year old long haired jack russell, shes loves long walks in the park, she loves to run jump and play and most of all she loves a big cuddle! She is the most well natured and affection dog I have ever had, and most of all shes a great companion. Sophie is also very special as when she was only 1 year old she was hit by a car, subsequently she had to have one of her back legs amputated in order to save her life. Eight years later Sophie has never once let this get in her way, all the things that Sophie loves to do that I mentioned at the beginning of this story may all seem like very normal things but to Sophie its everything for her just to be able to do them and be like all other dogs. She is my little star and I love her very much and that is why I think she deserves to be your dog of the month.
