Time passes like water, finally it is true. But we always make the most of our time together with Proteas. Was introduced to the club as a puppy and now all grown. In the picture for Jack of the month me and Proteas are off for a halloween party, isn't he really an angel. I adore him. Kisses to all

My 4 year old Jack Russell, Bernie, is so smart and funny. He never ceases to amaze me with his charm. He has made my life such a joy! His favorite toy is the "red light" (lasor light) And his favorite activity is a tie between going for a ride and chasing squirrels! lol

Puppy Love at 6 weeks
Chops, brother of Chico, the late Snap (who sadly passed away) and son of Zac & Roxy. They all live in paradise on the island Bali, Indonesia with doting human families.
Chops has mama cat Diva and her two Ginger-Ninja sons to torture on a regular basis at home - don't worry, they put up a good fight too and then they all cuddle up and sleep together on lounging summer days and cool evenings. Chops will do anything to retrieve the ball, even if it means diving under water in the pool with eyes wide open and holding his breath. He never misses a beat, kills deadly snakes (takes after his mum Roxy in this respect, who we named a lipstick serial killer because she's so dainty and pretty, but will do anything to protect her territory, which means she wouldn't get on well with our cats, so she can't visit us.)
Chops loves to race along the beach finding coconuts and when he does he shreds the outer shell and husks so the hard inner shell is visible, making it easier to throw longer distances so he can retrieve. He also loves wave surfing and LOVES riding up front on our motorbike - he hangs one paw up, while standing on three legs!
Chops is the most awesomely adorable addition to our lives - we love him to bits!!!!

Thirteen years ago I became the proud father of a JRT named Maxwell and I took being his dad very seriously. I loved him everyday unconditionally. I never hurt or him or allowed him to be hurt. I took him everywhere with me, if I couldn't take him I didn't go or left early to come home to him. My wife met him on our first date. He flew with me back home to Chicago and spent my last Christmas with my Grandma. We've been on a million walks, hiked trails, played ball until we both had to lay down, ran on the beach, sat under trees waiting for squirrels, and chased rabbits. My family loves him, my nieces have fought over which one of them he loved more, who's turn it was to hold him, the best place to rub him, and which one of him could kiss him next. He chased them in the pool and barked at them to get out of the deep end. My wife loves him, she's made him healthy meals, and added many more miles of walks on his odometer. I bought her a Bischon Frise puppy for Christmas. The day we brought Roxanne home he ran to my office and brought her back a toy. He spent the next seven years loving her everyday. We rescued a second Bischon, Brandy, who had been a left over puppy after Christmas who was starving. He's shared his treats and meals with her and showed her how fun playing ball is. Even though he was a tough guy every time one of them wanted to cuddle he did.
What I'll always love him the most for is with every sad, dark, or depressing day I've had he's reminded me that it was nothing a tennis ball and a walk wouldn't cure.
Last Friday cancer had gotten the best of my little boy. He's in heaven with a lot of people we love taking care of him while he's waiting for us at the gates.
