Puppy Walking

I have recently been given a 12 week old JR and im not sure how often or how far to walk him? He hasn't had any of his shots yet, should i wait until i take him to the vet for shots before i begin walking him???

Do not walk your dog in public places, or places other dogs use until he has had all his Vacs, as he could catch all kinds of things that would endanger his life, take him for his vacs then the vet will advise,and as for how far to walk him, it is usually 1/2 hour for every year of his life, as his little bones are still very soft and too much excercise is not good while so young, and please do not ask him to Run until he is older and fully grown.
