Hello,
You need to figure out when your dog became pregnant and then 30 days after you can have the ultrasound scan and they can confirm if your dog is indeed pregnant and possibly exactly how many pups she will have.
It is also very important to access the websites about how to care for your pregnant dog. She will need to be eating puppy food (chow) before she gives birth. Please check out the YouTube pregnant websites as well, as to how to help your dog deliver those pups.

Your dog will need to see a vet whilst pregnant and should have a scan as routine procedure, this will tell you how many puppies there will be,
