Pink skin on white Jack Russell Pup

My white Jack Russell Pup's skin seems very bright pink all over sometimes, especially after playing.

It could be sunburn. My JR Juno loves sunbathing. I got quite concerned, especially when she started licking and itching her burns, so I visited the vet and they gave me some cream for her burn. They also suggested using normal sunscreen across her exposed skin (including nose/face) during sunnier days. (of course, I never had the problem of Juno licking the sunscreen off).

Both mine have pink skin with brown spots, Lol and the reason for being very pink after playtime could just be blood on the surface of the skin because play gets them excited, if you are worried just ring and ask your vet, or the nurse there they will get you an answer.
