My JRT is bleeding and we don't know where.

I came in last Saturday to find blood all over the place. I have a chihuahua that was in heat and we thought maybe it was because she had never bred before. Now we've found out that it's probably, Tucker, my JRT. This has happened again a couple of times this week and we realized our other chihuahua is in heat. Then last night I was playing with him and he fell over, he tried getting up and he fell over again. It just happened again a few minutes ago and I'm very concerned. By the time I got home from work today it was too late to call the vet. His appetite is still good and he doesn't seem to be losing any weight. Can you help me?
