My JR/Rat Terrier has a hard lump under the skin to the side of his penis about the size of a quarter. He licks it. What is this?

My JR/RT had a worm inside this lump. Vet said caused by a fly! Worm removed after sedation and now on antibiotics. Thks to all.

Hi mrs Dolly,
It's simple I recommend your JRT spread organic coconut oil and too eat 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Will stop licking.
