Male terrier not fixed nor bred

My two year old russel is JUST the last four days gone sex CRAZED..I think if he doesn't mate he will have heart failure..a BIG problem is our female FIXED mix breed seven years old (he has been with her since a puppy)..HE will NOT leave her alone although she puts him in his place..

WHAT should my plan of action be...he is making me and piper (mama dog) CRAZY!!
