Eddie came to us in 2002 we rescued him from the SPCA....this poor soul was abused to the point you couldn't even chew bubble gum around him...with great love and attention he soon came around to trusting us to the point where he wouldn't even move for the vacuum..we recently had to send him to heaven after nine years of unconditional love....we miss you Eddie..love Mom, Dad and Soda (also a Jack Russell) where there is love there is life....

I became Jackie's mom when he was 7 months old.
Someone did not want him,can you imagine?
He is now 8 yrs old.Half Jack and half Chi.
He tore up everything, chewed up everything, except a Winnie the Pooh toy, that he still has.
I am partial but since the day I got him,or he got me,everyone has always wanted to take him.He melts your heart.
For the most part he has been pretty healthy.2 trips to the hospital, turned up gas, after a week of bottle feeding water and
boiled chicken and rice, all back to normal. When he was almost 8 he injured some disks in his back.Hunched over in pain, the one Vet called him pathetic looking.
Months of crate rest and being over protective,He is back to his old self,or is that younger? He has to use a harness now, never on a collar.
I wish I found this site when I had more pictures of him.
He is the light of my life, been there through the best and worst times of my life.I would not trade him for a trillion dollars.
He loves all food and treats. He will kiss you to death. He actually smiles at you!He still prances as he walks.
I recently moved into a high rise and all of the residents love him.
Love Joann and JACKIE

Jack is a very good boy! He does tend to talk back, but I think his brothers and sister (aka my kids) have taught him that!

Alex is one year old and is just filled with fun. Although he has the breeding this JRT does not comply to the bad reputation of being hyper and bad with kids. He loves children is smart, gentle and very caring. He is just the right dog to fill the role of JRT of the month

Taco is one of the GREATEST dogs EVER! Here he is at the lake for the first time, showing off his new sitting-beg trick. He's a real ham in front of the camera. Now, if I can just teach him how Not to get under the covers at night (what a little wiggle worm).

Let's play ball
Miss Jakki is our two year old baby. When my husband and I retired, we wanted to get a dog to help occupy our time. I guess we should have looked into the JR more than we did before purchasing our little devilish bundle. She keeps us so busy. We weren't this tired when we were both working. She has so much energy, always on the go. Her favorite things to do is cuddle and play ball.

We got Riley when he was just 9 weeks old! He was so little and timid! I remember the first time I ever heard him growl or bark was when my fiance came in from work one night and Riley just went nuts! It was the cutest thing I had ever heard! He had (and still does) the cutest little face ever, and always loved to snuggle up under the blankets at bed time. Riley is very loving and very gentle! He wouldn't hurt a soul, unless of course you were coming to hurt his mommy and daddy, then we may have an issue.. but he's the best dog I have ever had!
Riley is so playful and full of life! He loves his walks and going for jogs with his daddio! Especially down by the river! He loves watching the water and the birds and the people. Riley is very vocal as well. Whenever he hears someone out side he barks to let us know, or even if its someone passing by us on the street during a walk, he just starts saying hello with his tail wagging like crazy!
Riley is my dog, but also my son! I love him more then anything <3

DIAMOND is a 1 year old black JRT who has been blessing my family with lots of laughter and love since we got her over 4 months ago. Diamond is a Gulf Coast Rescue dog that was given to us by a dear relative. She enjoys walking and playing with my three sons and dressing up for various occasions! We love her and look forward to many years of joy and jumping with Ms. Diamond!

Sparky's St Louis' # 1 Fan
Sparky is a 14 month old JRT, we were lucky enough to rescue her. She loves to chase bunnies, cars, balls, us. She hoards her toys under our bed and in the corner of the closet. She has enriched our lives more than we could have imagined.
