This looks just like our Baby!!! She is a Papi Jack! Her ears looked just like this little fellas when we got her! We also have a full-blooded Jack, also a female. They are both shorties. Baby is a bit more spastic then Lucy. Lucy is more subdue then Baby and two years older. Both are little bundles of joy!

Sorry...I think what you have here is a parti B/W Papillon puppy or (and I'm stretching here...a Papillon/JRT mix...
And what a cutie he is, too!

He definitely looks like a Papillion-the face and ears are Papillion markings, but the white w/spots has to be something else-I would guess a Jack. We just adopted a 1+ year old rescue puppy dog with very similar look, but he has a longer body, short legs, short hair w/those cute ears (the left one flops down) and the Pap tail. He acts just like a Jack Russell though and a Papillion from what I've read. They are very smart and very sweet little love bugs. Have fun! I don't have any pics yet-sorry!
He DEFINITELY is a mix of Jack Russell and Papillon. He looks exactly like the love of my life, Lucky, who is the same mix. These dogs have the best personality and are sooo SMART!

Your pup has more jack than papillon from the looks of it. The ears are a definite giveaway for pap. I have a papillon/ jack mix. He was a stray and he definitely looks more papillon, but his body size and his personality is definite jack. Plus he's fast!

I really want to know what type of dog this is...
She looks like a Jack Russell Terrier dog.
But her ears don't point towards her face.
Their the same in size, same type of tail,
really similar. please give me an answer.

I think your puppy has Jack Russell in him, but he's clearly not a full Jack russell. You can tell by his buld and his coat. His ears are also a giveaway. I'd say he was a Papillon cross Jack Russell.
I have 4 pups two is brother and sister reba is jackchi and looks more like a chihahah.Oreo is full fledge jack russell and looks nothing like a chihahah.then reba had two pups with my apple head chihahah and one is black and white like her mom but is a mini applehead. The other Honey is tan and looks like a jack russell.I love them all this little guy in the picture looks like a jackchi
The ears and facial markings seem to have papillon influence.

Hi there -
I just got a dog from the SPCA and all they told me is that it is a Labrador
cross. It is 10 weeks old at the moment, but I am starting to think more
and more that it might have a mighty bit of Jack Russell.
Please have a look and let me know what you think?

This is a Pappillion and a Jack Russel terrier mixed

Defiantly a Pappy Jack!!!!
Its a Jack Russell, Papillon cross. I have 2 and they look exactly the same as this one.
I adopted my puppy from my neighbors who said they thought she was a fox terrier/Jack Russell mix, or Poodle jack russell mix but they weren't sure. Looking at her picture, What do you think?

We have one named Oscar, he looked exactly the same as this one when he was a puppy, he has grown into the ears now, although they are still big. Very, very cute and very feisty.

Thanks for your help. Papillon was the other breed that I was guessing for him. I think that's what we will list him as - Papillon/Jack Russell mix. We should come up with one of those silly designer dog names, like the Yorkipoos. What about a Papijack?

His coat looks too soft and his head and ears are too big for his head.
This looks like a Jack Russell / Papillon cross. Those ears are definitely Paps! He looks gorgeous.

I guarantee this is a cross breed papillon and Jack Russell terrier. I have one and except for the different color - mine is beige - its like looking at pictures of her when she was young.
I love Jack Russell's and have owned a few. He looks like he has it in him, however he looks like a mix. His coat doesn't look regular Jack Russell even though there is many smooth, rough broken haired etc and his ears are not regular jack. He maybe mixed with the small dog with the butterfly like ears the name is butterfly in French Papillion, but he looks as if he has Jack in him for sure.
P.S. He is so cute!

Looks to me like a he's got a little Jack Russell in him and a little Papillon too. The upright ears and long hair looks like traits of the Papillon.

Gracie is my adopted dog. I have been searching for what she is for some time and think I have finally got it. She is definitely Bassett hound (bowed legs, short) and i think Boston Terrier by the ears.... But never found the coat or personality to match either breed. Now i have - a Jack Russell! I read the temperament and that is Gracie. She flies through the house as fast as she can, under tables and around chairs, with her nails in carpet to keep it going. She is always playing... she loves to play with certain other dogs - wrestling and chasing. growls at certain people she doesn't know or trust - but never bites. LOVES kids and plays non-stop with them. If you could look at the pictures attached and tell what you think. Could she have Jack Russell in her? =)

Jack Russell/Papillion mix, looks to me.
Definitely Jack and Papillion! Look at the ears and coat.
For sure it's a Jack Russell / Papillon mix. It looks EXACTLY like my little one who is that mix.

It definitly has some sort of Jack in it. I can see it in it's snout. I have attached a pic of my Jack Russell so you can see the snout resemblance. What ever this puppy is, it is definitly adorable!

Looks like a papijack papillon and Jack Russell mix he most definitely has jack Russell in him that's for sure and I'm guessing papillon most likely or maybe Japanese spaniel.I'm almost positive it's one of the two.

We have a chihuahua Jack Russell mix. She just turn a year yesterday. You can see the JR in her face and ears. Her ears were never that big. She is very smart and always ready to go. We just love her.

ye its probably a jack Russell toy poodle mix. I have a pup that looks almost identical
MY dog is a Jack Russell cross foxy she look like that when she was younger but I think there might be another type of dog in there something furry with big ears ... ;o Maybe a Papillon.
Your dog looks like a rough coat Jack Russell Terrier. I don't see anything else in the mix.

That's the only question I have when looking at this beautiful pup. I want one. I have had a Papillon and currently have a JRT. That'll be a great combo!
His hair looks way to long to be a Jack Russell. He looks like a Papillon to me.

Our vet said my dog Cheeky was a Jack Russell X Papillion, though he wasn't sure. But Cheeky is a bit smaller looking than the black and white puppy pictured. What's everyone's thoughts?
I think it's a Jack Russell Papillon mix.
Here's a link to the Papillon: http://www.papillonclub.org/
There are cheap mail in DNA test for dogs that you can find online cheap.
Good Luck!

He looks more like a papillon to me. Adorable spitfire type dogs and they are VERY smart. I have a half Jack russell terrier dog and her mom was a papillon. Im excited to see what she looks like when she grows up! I would gather this one is MORE Papillon than anything else.
Your dog is probably not a full bred jack Russell It looks like it has been bred with maybe a long hair chihuahua or other small long haired dog. take a look at some pics of different dogs and make your own conclusion>.

I don't think so I have one but his appearances are different. I don't think they have fluffy fur They only have smooth and scruffy. Jack Russells have floppy ears like yours and lots of speckles(dots) on their belly. I think he is a cross breed Jack Russell
Hi,
I'm from Liverpool UK and after looking at your photos, I'm sure it's not a Jack as I have a Jack Russell myself and she is totally different but as you say it's a lovely dog. It is possible it's a cross.

I would say you have a papjack as we call ours she has very soft but long hair not like our pure Jack but her ears do not stand up like a papillion they are often in side out she also thinks she rules the roost but she has a very loving nature and has bad hair days

We just got a dog from the pound that looks just like this (but reddish brown where this one has black). The pound thought it was a Jack Russell but the vet thought it was a Corgi/Papillon. I'm thinking Jack Russell/Papillon. Pappijack, huh? I like that.

I just got a pappi jack this week. This dog looks like mine except
for the color. Mine is white & brown.
Defo a Jrt body, and face but the ears are like a papillion, which really does looks so pretty, whatever he is classed as he is gorgeous.
It's definitely a Jack Russell. I think that if it is a Papillion mix that the Jack Russell would have to be a wire hair. It's a very cute dog.

Hi, Just want to know if anyone thinks that this little puppy which I adopted could be a Jack Russell mix? He certainly is very smart and very, very hyper. I know nothing of his parents because he was an orphan and I took him home when he was 2 weeks old.
Thanks!

i think it is a jack Russel terrier with it is either a papillon or a long haired chihuahua. But it is defently i jack Russel terrier and i know because i own a jack Russel and a parson Russel.
We have a little "jack Russel" but there's something not quite right about him. In fact, he looks very similar to your dog, he has very large ears, very spotty and fury, but still seems to look like a jack Russel. We were told he was a jack Russel by the breeder but they weren't even sure...
I believe that a few are correct in the assumption that it is mixed with papillion! Either way He is Cute as a button and definitely a keeper!
I am fostering a jack russell-papillon mix that is a three year old male. The puppy in these pictures looks a lot like the jack russell-papillon cross that I have - its the ears! He likes to chase big dogs and bark at them - he is tough guy at the off-leash park. But he is also a very affectionate dog when he is home and when I bring him to work. So I think the puppy in the pictures is a jack-pap cross.
