irritating bumps

Can you tell me if you can what they could be it happend over night my jack russle is covered in small irritating bumps and they are driving her mad what could it be ?

I now know what it is as we took her to the vets it would seem that she got stung or bit by some thing and she had a realy bad reaction to it so she had a jab and she was fine
