Help PLEASE!!!!

My 8month old JRT started attacking my 2 year old Jack I haven't fixed Sophie the youngest one. I wanted to let her have one litter. I think I better just get her fixed this week. The attacks are so bad I have to kennel Sophie up a lot during the day. I just don't understand what happened?

PLEASE HELP!! What should I do? I love my girls like my kids.
