I think he needs a heavier coat for outside. haha. I know lots of JRT people in Ontario, Canada and they have lots of fun with their dogs. Hope you join them and from being in Ontario during winter, I think Freddie needs a very tall red flag to keep track of him in the snow. Hahaha cutie pie!
