Biting

I have had my 6 year old JRT for the last 5 1/2 years. He has never had a problem with biting people before but in the last 9 months he has bitten 2 people. Not just a nip but full force bleeding. How do I know if he is ill or if its stress related (i moved 1 year ago to Chicago)? Is there anything I can do? Buddy Love is the most precious and caring dog. It breaks my heart. I don't understand it. Any help and information on what I can do to help him would be amazing!!

It does seem that something is bothering your dog,I would get him checked at the vet just to be on the safe side, and they will give advise, to suddenly start biting is not normal, bless his little paws.
