anti social JRT

I have a 6 yr old JRT Charlie. Unfortunately i didn't train him very well and he is very ant social he aggressive towards people and especially other dogs i have a new puppy coming into the home and need to know what to do to keep him from hurting her and i would like

to be able to bring my beautiful and very intelligent dog out in public.
